Preparation methods

Oven Method

105 mins - Oven 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6

NEEDS COOKING

Remove all packaging

Preheat oven.

Place sachet to one side.

Transfer lamb and juices into deep roasting tray and cover with foil.

Cook for 1 hour 15 mins, basting regularly.

Drain juices into a jug for later use.

Cook uncovered for 30 mins.

Add 6 tbsp of retained juices to sauce and heat.

Carefully remove the bone and pull the meat with 2 forks.

Pour sauce over lamb to serve.

Do not reheat.

Storage information

Suitable for freezing. For Use By, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Once opened, use immediately. This product may have been previously frozen and returned to chill temperature. Further freezing will not affect quality. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 1 month. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) use immediately. Defrost thoroughly before use.
