Our lamb leg is slow cooked for hours on the bone for melt-in-the-mouth tenderness, giving you incredible flavour with half the cooking time. It’s studded with garlic, seasoned with salt, pepper, rosemary and thyme, and served with a rich lamb stock, ruby port and red wine jus.
