Preparation methods

FRY & OVEN

200°C - 34-44 mins - - Oven 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6

Remove all packaging (including pad). Allow product to stand at room temperature for 30 mins before cooking.

Preheat oven.

Oil and season surface of the meat. Preheat pan until smoking hot, add the joint and sear all surfaces until golden brown.

Transfer the joint to a preheated roasting tray and place in the centre of the oven for: rare 34 mins medium 40 mins well done 44 mins

Baste the joint frequently throughout cooking.

Remove, cover with foil and rest for 15 mins before carving.

Storage information

Suitable for freezing. For Use By, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Once opened, use immediately. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) use immediately. Defrost thoroughly before use.
