Oven Method

45 mins - Oven 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas 7

Remove wellington from the fridge 45 mins prior to baking

Preheat oven and baking tray

Remove all packaging including foil using the greaseproof paper provided

Place on preheated baking tray in the centre of the oven

Bake for 45 mins turning the wellington halfway through

Remove from the oven and rest for 45mins before slicing

Just before serving empty the 2 sachets of gravy into a saucepan and bring to the boil ensure piping hot

Do not reheat.
