Oven Method - Chilled

24 mins - Oven 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6

Preheat oven

Remove sleeve, film and board insert

Place butters onto the lobster tails and place tray directly onto middle shelf of oven

Baste halfway through cooking

To serve, drizzle with melted butter from the tray

Suitable for freezing. For Use By, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. This product has been frozen and returned to chill temperature. Further freezing will not affect quality. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 1 month. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) eat within 24 hours. Defrost thoroughly before use.
