Oven Method

75 mins - Oven 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6

Remove from fridge 45 mins before cooking

Preheat oven and baking tray

Remove all packaging including foil using the greaseproof paper provided

Place on preheated baking tray in the centre of the oven

Bake for 1 hr 15 mins turning the wellington halfway through

Remove from the oven and rest for 30 mins

Just before serving empty the 2 sachets of gravy into a saucepan and bring to the boil, ensure its piping hot

Do not reheat.
