Oven Method
10 mins per 500g + 20 mins - Oven 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas 7
Preheat oven.
Remove all packaging including the protective pad from the base of the turkey and place gravy sachets to one side.
Transfer the turkey and juices into the foil tray provided.
Lightly oil a piece of foil and loosely cover the turkey crown before placing on the middle shelf of the oven.
Cook for 10 mins per 500g.
Remove turkey from oven and discard foil.
Baste the turkey in a small amount of cooking juices, return to oven and cook for a further 20 mins.
Remove tray from oven, remove the turkey from the cooking juices and rest for a further 10 mins before serving.
The remaining cooking juices can be retained and added to the gravy as desired.
Heat the gravy in a saucepan and add some of the retained cooking juices to deliver desired consistency.
Place the turkey crown on a carving board, cut through the breast to release each side from the bone and slice into 1cm thick slices, carefully removing any bones.
Place slices on a serving dish and serve.
Do not reheat.

Suitable for freezing. For Use By, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Once opened, use immediately. This product has been frozen and returned to chill temperature. Further freezing will not affect quality. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) use immediately. Defrost thoroughly before use. DEFROST - 48 hours - in a refrigerator.
