Oven Method
45 mins + 20 mins - Oven 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas 7
NEEDS COOKING
Preheat oven.
Remove all packaging and place gravy sachet to one side.
Transfer the turkey and juices into the foil tray provided.
Lightly oil a piece of foil and loosely cover the turkey before placing on the middle shelf of the oven.
Cook for 45 mins.
Remove from oven and discard foil.
Return to oven and cook for a further 20 mins.
Remove from oven, remove turkey from the juices and rest for 10 mins before serving.
Heat the gravy in a saucepan and add some of the retained cooking juices to deliver desired consistency.
Place the turkey on a carving board and slice into 1cm slices.
Place on a serving dish and serve.
Do not reheat.

Suitable for freezing. For Use By, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Once opened, use immediately. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) use immediately. This product has been frozen and returned to chill temperature. Further freezing will not affect quality. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Defrost thoroughly before use. DEFROST - 48 hours - in a refrigerator.
