Oven Method

20-25 mins per 500g - Oven 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6

NEEDS COOKING

Remove packaging including pad. Allow the product to stand at room temperature for 30 mins before cooking.

Preheat oven. Oil and season surface of the meat.

Preheat pan to hot, add joint to the hot pan and sear all surfaces of the joint. Transfer the joint to a roasting tray and place in the oven to continue cooking for:

rare 20 mins per 500g

medium 22 mins per 500g

well done 25 mins per 500g

Baste the joint occasionally throughout cooking.

Remove from the oven, cover with foil and rest for 15 mins before carving.

Do not reheat.

Storage information

Suitable for freezing. For Use By, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Once opened, use immediately. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 1 month. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) use immediately. Defrost thoroughly before use.
