Preparation methods

Oven Method

35 mins - Oven 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas 7

Preheat oven and baking tray

Remove sleeve and remove film by running a sharp knife around rim of tray and set sauce sachet aside

Decant carrots, butter and thyme onto a preheated baking tray. After 20 mins, remove the thyme from the oven, open the glaze sachet, pour over the carrots and stir to coat well. Cook for a further 15 mins

Turn the carrots, if required cook on for a further 10 mins to get desired crispiness

Do not reheat.

Air Fryer Method

200°C - 30 mins

Preheat air fryer

Remove sleeve and remove film by running a sharp knife around rim of tray and set sauce sachet aside

Place the carrots, butter and thyme in the air fryer in a single layer ensuring an even spread and cook for 10 mins

Turn the carrots and cook for a further 10 mins

Remove the thyme, open sachet and drizzle with blood orange glaze, cook for a further 10 mins
