Oven Method
time shown on price weight label - Oven 180°C / Fan 160°C / Gas 4
For best results please remove from refrigerator for 1 hour prior to cooking.
Preheat oven.
Remove sleeve and film.
Do not remove ovenable pad before cooking and cook in foil tray.
Brush with butter.
Cover loosely with foil and place on a baking tray.
Cook for the time indicated on the label on front of pack.
Remove foil 15 mins before end of cooking time to allow turkey to brown.
Baste occasionally with juice from the tray.
Remove from oven.
Ensure juices run clear and product is piping hot throughout.
Cover with foil and allow to stand for 40 mins before carving.
Pour over juice prior to serving.
Do not reheat.
