Our M&S chefs draw on years of experience to make your Christmas turkey taste amazing. This year, they’ve created our perfect turkey crown, which is prepared with a delicious pork, chestnut and cranberry stuffing, shallots and a bouquet garnis. There’s even a magic flavour bombe, which you add to the turkey juices to create the most incredible gravy.

Want something truly special? This year we’ve launched the Berkshire Bronze. Reared at family-run Church Farm, Berkshire, these slow-grown birds come to adult maturity naturally, allowing them to develop a layer of fat which creates the crispiest skin. They’re then traditionally game-hung for seven days to give a rich flavour, and dry-plucked by our expert butchers.
