Oven Method
80 mins - Oven 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas 7
Preheat oven.
Remove all packaging and place gravy sachet to one side.
Transfer the meat and juices into the foil tray provided.
Lightly oil a piece of foil and loosely cover the turkey joint before placing on the middle shelf of the oven.
Cook for 75 mins.
Remove from oven and discard foil.
Drain the cooking juices and retain for later.
Return to oven and cook for a further 5 mins.
Remove from oven and rest for 10 mins before serving.
Heat the gravy in a saucepan and add some of the retained cooking juices to deliver desired consistency.
Place the joint on a carving board and slice into 1cm thick slices.
Place slices on a serving dish and serve
Do not reheat.

Suitable for freezing. For Use By, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Once opened, use immediately. This product has been frozen and returned to chill temperature. Further freezing will not affect quality. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) use immediately. Defrost thoroughly before use. DEFROST - 48 hours - in a refrigerator.
