OVEN
ELECTRIC 200°C/ FAN 180°C /GAS 6

RARE 23 mins per 500g
MEDIUM 27 mins per 500g
WELL DONE 31 mins per 500g

• Remove from the refrigerator and leave at room temperature for 30 mins prior to cooking
• Preheat oven
• Remove all packaging, leaving the strings in place
• Place the beef into a shallow roasting pan, fat facing up and place into the centre of the oven
• Throughout cooking, baste the beef with the juices
• Once cooked, remove from the oven, loosely cover with foil and allow to rest for 10 mins

Do not reheat.
