Frequently asked questions
What is Christmas Food to Order?
Christmas Food to Order is our online Christmas food-ordering service. Simply pre-order your Christmas food and collect in store from 23-24 December.
How do I choose my collection store and time?
Christmas Food to Order collection is available from the majority of our Irish stores and is free of charge. To select your slot, simply click the calendar icon at the top right-hand corner of your screen. You can search for your preferred store by looking up your location or postcode. Home delivery is not available. Certain times may become very busy, so remember to select your collection date and time as soon as possible in order to secure your preferred collection slot. Alternatively, we’ll ask you to choose a collection date and time slot when you confirm the items in your basket. To see your basket, click ‘view basket’ at the top right-hand corner of your screen.
Why aren’t some stores available for me?
We have reviewed which stores are able to offer Christmas Food to Order this year, which may mean a store you’ve previously collected from is now not available. Please enter your Eircode in the ‘find your collection location’ section of the ‘Check collection slots’ page to view the closest stores from which you’re able to collect your order. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
How do I amend my order?
You can amend your Christmas food order, collection store and time slot by logging into My Account on marksandspencer.com. Alternatively, call our Contact Centre team on 016950741 between 9am-7pm, 7 days a week. Don’t forget, your deposit is non-refundable.

What happens on the day?
On the day of collection, please bring your confirmation email with you (either printed off or on your phone) to collect your order. Please only arrive at the collection point at your chosen time slot. If you arrive early, please feel free to browse and pick up some extra Christmas treats. If you are unable to find this, please ask one of our store colleagues who will happily help you out. When you arrive, look for our Christmas Food collection point. One of our store colleagues will then bring you your festive treats. You can either pay the remaining balance of your order straight away or browse the Foodhall to pick up any extras. Don’t forget to bring bags to collect your order!
What is your freshness guarantee?
