Cooking instructions

NEEDS COOKING
For best results, use the OVEN and decant
OVEN (DECANT) 40 mins
ELECTRIC 220˚C / FAN 200˚C / GAS 7
• Preheat oven and baking tray
• Remove sleeve, film and sachet
• Remove butter pat and melt on baking tray
• Stir parsnips in foil before spreading evenly on the baking tray
• Cook for 30 mins turning frequently
• Remove from the oven and pour the glaze over the parsnips. Stir to coat well and cook for a further 10 mins until golden brown
• For extra crispiness continue cooking for longer, checking regularly

Alternatively -

OVEN (FOIL TRAY) 50 mins
ELECTRIC 240°C / FAN 220°C / GAS 9
• Preheat oven
• Remove sleeve, film and sachet
• Stir parsnips in foil tray and place foil tray in the middle of the oven
• Cook for 40 mins turning frequently
• Remove from the oven and pour the glaze over the parsnips. Stir to coat well and cook for a further 10 mins until golden brown
• For extra crispiness continue cooking for longer, checking regularly

AIR FRY 30 mins
180°C
• Preheat air fryer
• Remove sleeve, film and sachet
• Stir parsnips in foil
• Place parsnips and butter pat in the air fryer in a single layer ensuring even spread
• Cook for 20 mins then pour the glaze over the parsnips. Stir to coat well
• Cook for a further 10 mins
• For extra crispiness continue cooking for longer, checking regularly
