ELECTRIC 230˚C / FAN 210˚C / GAS 8
• Preheat oven
• Remove all packaging
• Loosely cover the bottom and sides of the joint with foil, leaving the rind exposed
• Add a tsp of table salt into the rind
• Place the joint on the rack of a foil lined baking tin and place into the middle shelf of the oven
• After 30 mins, reduce the oven temperature to:
ELECTRIC 200°C FAN 180°C GAS 6 and cook for the remaining time
• After cooking, allow to rest for 20 mins
• Remove strings from the joint and carve
Do not reheat.

For Use By, see top of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. This product has been previously frozen and returned to chill temperature. Further freezing will not affect quality. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) use immediately. Defrost thoroughly before use.
