Cooking instructions

ELECTRIC 200˚C | FAN 180˚C | GAS 6
• Preheat oven

• Remove product from packaging and place glaze sachet to one side
• Place salmon onto a greaseproof lined baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 22 mins
• Remove from oven, pour glaze over salmon, spread to evenly distribute and cook for a further 5 mins
• Check that the product is thoroughly cooked before serving
• Thickness of fish may vary, thicker pieces will take longer to cook
