Oven Method
30 mins - Oven 220°C / Fan 200°C / Gas 7
Preheat oven.
Remove all packaging and place gravy sachet to one side.
STEP 1 - SLOW COOKED TURKEY BREAST.
Transfer the turkey and juices into the foil tray provided. Lightly oil a piece of foil and loosely cover the top of the turkey before placing on the middle shelf of the oven. Place a large oven tray on top shelf of oven. Set a timer for 15 minutes.
STEP 2 - ROAST POTATOES WITH BACON LARDONS INTO OVEN.
After 15 mins, remove all packaging and separate the bacon lardons from the potatoes. Spread the bacon lardons evenly on a preheated baking tray before placing the potatoes evenly on the bacon. Drizzle lightly with oil and place the baking tray on the top shelf of the oven. Cook for 30 minutes.
STEP 3 - REMOVE FOIL FROM TURKEY AND TURN ROAST POTATOES WITH BACON LARDONS.
After 30 mins, remove the turkey from the oven and discard the foil. Remove potatoes from the oven and turn the potatoes. Return both turkey and potatoes to the oven. Cook for 10 minutes.
STEP 4 - ADD CARROTS TO THE OVEN.
After 10 mins, remove all packaging. Separate the carrots and spread evenly into a small tray. Cook for 5 minutes.
STEP 5 - ADD CABBAGE AND PIGS IN BLANKETS TO OVEN.
After 5 mins, remove all packaging. Separate the cabbage and spread evenly into a small tray. Place into the oven. Remove all packaging. Separate the Pigs in Blankets and spread evenly into a small tray. Place into the oven. Cook for 5 minutes.
STEP 6 - REMOVE TURKEY FROM OVEN.
After 5 mins, remove the turkey from oven. Drain the cooking juices and retain for later. Rest the turkey for 10 minutes. Cook the spiced red cabbage, carrots, Pigs in Blankets and roast potatoes with bacon lardons for a further 10 minutes.
STEP 7 - REMOVE SPICED RED CABBAGE, CARROTS, PIGS IN BLANKETS AND ROAST POTATOES WITH BACON LARDONS FROM OVEN.
After 10 mins, remove the spiced red cabbage from the oven and stir. Remove the carrots from the oven and baste the carrots with the butter. Remove the Pigs in Blankets from the oven. Remove roast potatoes from the oven or for even crispier potatoes set a timer for an additional 5 mins. Leave to stand for 2 mins before serving.
STEP 8 - HOB GRAVY ONLY.
Pour the gravy sachet into a saucepan and heat, adding some of the retained cooking juices to deliver the desired consistency.
STEP 9 - SERVE.
Slice turkey into 1 cm slices and place all sides into serving dishes and serve.
