Preparation methods

Oven Method

18-20 mins - Oven 190°C / Fan 170°C / Gas 5

NEEDS COOKING

Remove from refrigerator and leave at room temperature for 2 hours before baking.

Preheat oven.

Remove all outer packaging, including the brie cheese wrap and place the brie cheese back in the centre of the bread in the foil tray, scoring a cross on the top of the cheese.

Place the foil tray on a baking tray in the centre of the oven.

Allow to stand for 2 mins, best served in the foil.

Do not reheat.

Suitable for freezing. For Use By, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Defrost thoroughly before use. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) eat within 24 hours.
