Cooking instructions

NEEDS COOKING
OVEN 1 hour 30 mins
ELECTRIC 180°C FAN 160°C GAS 4
• For best results remove from refrigerator for 1 hour prior to cooking
• Preheat oven
• Remove sleeve and film
• Cook in foil tray. Cover loosely with foil and place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven
• Remove foil 30 mins before end of cooking time to allow turkey to brown
• During cooking, baste occasionally with juices from the tray
• After cooking, ensure that juices run clear and product is piping hot throughout
• Cover with foil and allow to rest for 30 mins before carving
• Remove poultry bands before carving
Do not reheat.

Storage instructions

For Use By, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Defrost thoroughly before use. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) eat within 24 hours. Do not refreeze after thawing.
