Oven Method
22-27 mins per 500g - Oven 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6
NEEDS COOKING.
Due to the nature of this product, please ensure extra care is taken when removing the joint from the bag.
Remove all packaging including pad, ensuring the herbs and basting fat remain intact on the joint.
Allow the product to stand at room temperature for 30 mins before cooking.
Preheat oven ELECTRIC 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6
Transfer the joint to a roasting tray and place in the oven.
Halfway through cooking turn the joint over and cover with foil. Return the joint to the oven, continue to cook for remaining time.
Baste the joint frequently throughout cooking. Ensure the basting fat and meat juices in the base of the roasting tray are stirred frequently during cooking. This will prevent the basting fat and meat juices becoming stuck to the base of the roasting tray.
Please note that the basting fat on the joint will melt once cooked. Remove from oven, cover with foil and rest for 15 mins before carving.
Do not reheat.

Suitable for freezing. For Use By, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Once opened, use immediately. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) use immediately. Defrost thoroughly before use.
