Needs cooking
Remove wellington from outer packaging using greaseproof paper. Brush with beaten egg or milk. Set sachet to one side.
Preheat oven.
Transfer the wellington, using greaseproof paper to a preheated baking tray and place in the centre of the oven.
Place in the centre of the oven for: Rare 30 mins Medium 35 mins Well Done 40 mins
Remove and rest for 15 mins before carving.
Do not reheat.

Empty the sachet into a microwavable container and cook on high for 2 mins. Stir halfway through cooking.
