Cooking instructions

OVEN 40 mins
ELECTRIC 220˚C | FAN 200˚C | GAS 7
• Preheat oven and baking tray
• Remove all packaging including foil using the greaseproof paper provided
• For best results, glaze with beaten egg
• Place on preheated baking tray in the centre of the oven
• Bake for 40 mins
• Leave to rest for 40 mins before carving to serve
A full oven of food will require longer cooking time.
Do not reheat.
