ELECTRIC 190˚C FAN 170˚C GAS 5
• Preheat oven
• Remove outer packaging, keep product in foil tray with ovenable pad
• Cover with foil
• Place on baking tray in the centre of the oven
• Cook for the time indicated on the label on front of pack, basting occasionally
• Remove foil for the last 30 mins
• Once cooked, check that the turkey is piping hot throughout and juices run clear
• Leave to rest for 15-30 mins then remove stuffing and bacon before carving to serve
