Collection Free Range Turkey Crown on the Bone (Serves 7-14)

ELECTRIC 180°C, FAN 160°C, GAS 4
• For best results, remove from refrigerator 1 hour prior to cooking
• Preheat oven
• Remove sleeve and film. Keep turkey in foil tray with ovenable pad
• Brush with butter. Season with salt and pepper (optional)
• Cover loosely with foil and place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven
• Cook for the time shown on the label on front of pack
• Baste occasionally with juices
• Remove foil 15 mins before end of cooking to brown the turkey
• Ensure juices run clear and product is piping hot throughout, before removing from oven
• Cover with foil and allow to rest for 30 mins before carving
• Pour over juices before serving
Do not reheat.

For Use By, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +4°C. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Defrost thoroughly before use. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) eat within 24 hours. Do not refreeze after thawing.
