NEEDS COOKING. Preheat oven. Remove product from packaging. While holding the bones place a fish slice under guard of honour and carefully remove from tray. Carefully separate two racks of lamb and place them on their side on a baking tray. Place on middle shelf of oven. Remove from oven, allow to rest for 10 mins. Carve lamb and serve.
Do not reheat.

Storage instructions

Suitable for freezing. For Use By, see front of pack . Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. This product has been frozen and returned to chill temperature. Further freezing will not affect quality. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 1 month. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) use immediately. Defrost thoroughly before use. Packaged in a protective atmosphere for freshness.
