Oven Method

38-50 mins - Oven 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6

NEEDS COOKING

Remove all packaging (including pad). Allow product to stand at room temperature for 30 mins before cooking.

Preheat oven to ELECTRIC 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas 6.

Transfer the joint to a preheated roasting tray and place in the centre of the oven for: rare 38 mins / medium 42 mins / well done 50 mins. Baste the joint frequently throughout cooking.

Remove from oven, cover with foil and rest for 15 mins before carving.

Do not reheat.

Storage information

Suitable for freezing. For Use By, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Once opened, use immediately. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) use immediately. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months. Defrost thoroughly before use.
