Cooking instructions

NEEDS COOKING
OVEN 2 hours
ELECTRIC 180°C / Fan 160°C / Gas 4
•Preheat oven
•Remove sleeve and film
•Cook in foil tray. Cover loosely with foil and place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven
•Remove foil 30 mins before end of cooking time to allow turkey to brown
•During cooking, baste occasionally with juices from the tray
•After cooking, ensure that juices run clear and product is piping hot throughout
•Cover with foil and allow to stand for 30 mins before carving
•Remove poultry bands before carving
Do not reheat.

Storage instructions

For Use By, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Freeze by date shown and use within 3 months. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) use immediately. Defrost thoroughly before use. Do not refreeze after thawing. Packaged in a protective atmosphere for freshness.
