Cooking instructions

NEEDS COOKING
OVEN - TIME SHOWN ON PRICE WEIGHT LABEL
ELECTRIC 180°C FAN 160°C GAS 4
• Remove from refrigerator 1 hour prior to cooking
• Preheat oven
• Remove sleeve and film. Do not remove ovenable pad or foil tray. Place sauce sachet to one side
• Cover loosely with foil and place on a baking tray
• Cook for the time indicated on the label on front of pack, basting regularly
• Remove foil 30 mins before end of cooking time to allow turkey to brown
• Pour glaze over for the final 5 mins of cooking time
• Cover with foil and allow to stand for 40 mins before carving
• Pour over juice prior to serving
• Ensure juices run clear and product is piping hot throughout
Do not reheat.
