Cooking instructions

NEEDS COOKING
OVEN 45 mins
ELECTRIC 220˚C / Fan 200˚C / Gas 7
• Preheat oven
• Remove all packaging and place gravy sachet to one side
• Transfer the turkey and juices into the foil tray provided
• Lightly oil a piece of foil and loosely cover the turkey before placing on the middle shelf of the oven
• Cook for 25 mins
• Remove from oven and discard foil
• Increase temperature to Electric 240˚C / Fan 220˚C / Gas 8
• Return to oven and cook for a further 20 mins
• Remove from oven, remove turkey from the juices and rest for 10 mins before serving
• Heat the gravy in a saucepan and add some of the retained cooking juices to deliver desired consistency
• Place the turkey on a carving board and slice into 1cm slices
• Place on a serving dish and serve
Do not reheat.

Once opened, use immediately.
