Cooking instructions

NEEDS COOKING
OVEN 1 hour 50 mins
ELECTRIC 180˚C / FAN 160˚C / GAS 4

• Please remove from refrigerator for 1 hour prior to cooking
• Preheat oven
• Remove sleeve and film. Do not remove ovenable pad or foil tray
• Place foil tray on baking tray on middle shelf of oven, basting occasionally
• Ensure juices run clear and product is piping hot throughout. Cover with foil and allow to stand for 20 mins before carving
• Remove poultry bands to carve
Do not reheat.

Storage instructions

For Use By, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Freeze by date mark shown and use within 3 months.
Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) use immediately. Defrost thoroughly before use. Do not refreeze after thawing. Packaged in a protective atmosphere for freshness.
