ELECTRIC 180°C / Fan 160°C / Gas 4

•For best results, please remove from refrigerator for 1 hour prior to cooking.
•Preheat oven
•Remove sleeve and film. Cook in foil tray. Cover loosely with foil and place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven
•Remove foil 30 mins before end of cooking time to allow turkey to brown
•During cooking, baste occasionally with juices from the tray
•After cooking, ensure that juices run clear and product is piping hot throughout
•Cover with foil and allow to stand for 30 mins before carving
•Remove poultry bands before carving
Do not reheat.

Suitable for freezing. For Use By, see front of pack. Keep refrigerated 0°C to +5°C. Freeze on day of purchase and use within 3 months. Defrost thoroughly before use. Once defrosted (in a refrigerator) use immediately. Do not refreeze after thawing. Packaged in a protective atmosphere for freshness.
