We've tumbled our 30-day-matured British ribeye in bone marrow stock then wrapped it in a tender British beef sirloin for the ultimate roast. It's then ‘cocooned’ in an indulgent bone marrow and beef butter which melts into the meat, adding an intense boost of flavour. Use by date guaranteed until 27 Dec.

• Remove all packaging (including pad and greaseproof paper). Ensure herbs and butter remain intact on the joint. Allow product to stand at room temperature for 30 mins before cooking
• Preheat oven
• Transfer the joint to a preheated roasting tray, cover with foil and place in the centre of the oven
• Halfway through cooking remove foil, turn the joint and place in the centre of the oven for remaining time
• Baste the joint frequently throughout cooking
• Remove, cover with foil and rest for 15 mins before carving
